At least one crooked, corrupt, big-city-machine politico gets his what's deserved

Harold Ford Jr.'s uncle, Tennessee State Rep John Ford (D, Memphis) gets locked away for 14 more years; the culmination of years of trials brought on by Operation Tennessee Waltz.
Winners: citizens of Tennessee, and everyone else who needs some schadenfreude at the expense of powerful crooks.
Losers: his seven kids who need his child support.
This deserves a nice quoting..
[U.S. Dist. Judge Todd J. Campbell] "The court knows this offense is very serious and public corruption of this magnitude is very serious."
A measly $800K.
Just think of the possibility of corruption trials for the U.S. House and Senate members who floated Fannie and Freddie for all those years.
