Don't you love it when nutcase leftists point to the latest poll numbers showing George W. Bush (still our President and Commander in Chief, and still worthy of respect, because when these BDS-afflicted bungholes spend all their time tearing down President Bush they actually play right into the hands of our enemies WHILE WE ARE STILL AT WAR and you know that sort of thing does wonders for the morale of our forces) and gloss over the even-lower poll numbers of the 2006 DEMOCRAT congress?

Well, now, I usually don't give a rat's patooie about polls and all of that, but this latest Gallup Poll is too sweet to ignore.

Confidence in Congress is lower than ever, and now lower than Americans have expressed for any U.S. institution. Evah.

Twelve percent.

Lower poll numbers than George W. Bush.

Lower than evil Big Bidness. Lower than HMO's. Probably lower than Mr. Hankey right after his drop.

To flush this Congress would be good riddance.

Or, as a famous local pundit used to say, "Get a rope!"
