Hmmmph. Gotta be number one in some category, huh?
That leads here...
I remember sitting in an early circuit analysis class, listening to the instructor describe tuning a resonant circuit, and all of a sudden he says "...and here sits the capacitor, fat, dumb and happy, waiting for the proper frequency, then at resonance, that fat lady will sing, baby!
Much of that is digital, now. The fat, dumb and happy capacitors aren't singing in circuits all that much anymore.
