testing Windows Live Writer (for to kick out Scribefire, which exploded after I installed feedburner...

Well, it's mixed results. I enjoyed ScribeFire (Performancing)'s ease of use (with a icon on the web page you're viewing, it was a simple matter to click and post. Live Writer is not as easy. And, it's Microsoft, which means it immediately opens Internet Explorer (see previous post...)

I hope Performancing/Scribefire gets their act together. It's interesting to note that Windows Live Writer had no problems with my Feedburner settings.

I did find out that I could not upload a photo from my desktop via Live Writer. It seems that Google/Blogger uses 'Picasa Web Albums' to store photos uploaded to Blogger. So I had to find the site, sign in (hell, they had over 437 of them, since February when Blogger Beta dragged me kicking and screaming away from the original Blogger...I wonder where the previous photos are stored?) and did find some pictures I had forgotten and deleted from posts prior (including that embarassing photochop of Insty...)

Well, we'll see how this works out.

Powered by NOT ScribeFire, but by another skirmisher in teh Microsoft/Google Battlefield...
