University of Tennessee's Neyland Stadium attracts 100 K-plus on football gamedays. Usually the Tennessee River is full of boaters, the "Volunteer Navy". On Off-Weekends, the river probably gets it's share of boaters...probably not as interesting as the "Party Cove" group on J. Percy Priest Lake near Nashville.
