I sat around in my hotel box in Chicagoland, watching this debate, and quickly lost interest.
As I pointed out in my earlier post, I don't have a lot of enthusiasm for any one of this bunch.
The difference between Republicans and Democrats...remember John Edwards, crying about having to debate on Fox News, because of their 'bias' towards conservatives? The Democratic Nutroots finally got him to pull the plug on those debates. Well, we had 10 conservatives-for-a-night (given that they used the hallowed halls of Reagan's Library, they better have their best conservative veils on) debating on the miserable MSNBC network. There's some liberal bias, unabashed. The Republican didn't even flinch.
Illustrating again that Republicans aren't all whiny and scared, as much as are Democrats. Hmmmph. If whining were to suddenly disappear, Democrats would too. Not a backbone in the lot...
