I remain unimpressed with the slate of candidates for the GOP nomination.
Giuliani doesn't do anything for me, I'm unconvinced of this "frontrunner's" power to anneal the conservative voters, much less present much of a match for a Shrillary/Hussein ticket. It's not looking too promising, folks, and unless we see some Fred Thompson soon, this match will be over before it even gets started.
My pick for this debate's 'winner': John McCain, despite his promise to follow bin Laden to the 'gates of Hell'. Unfortunately that channels Captain Ahab...
And what's this about having the debate in the Reagan Library? None of these guys could lace Ronald Reagan's shoes, much less come close to comparing to his sheer ability to coalesce support. Sorry, guys, next time use Hogwart's...you'll need some kind of magic to win this one...

"Towards thee I roll, thou all-destroying but unconquering whale; to the last I grapple with thee; from hell's heart I stab at thee; for hate's sake I spit my last breath at thee"Hmmph. I don't think bin Laden is worthy of that much continued resource commitment; he's probably dead, and if not, ineffective. His only input now is as a Democratic tool by which to BashBush, for not blindly following him to where he wasn't. If he's even alive, he's probably in Mecca or Medina, in one of the most holy of holiest of Islamic safe houses, where no 'heathens' (or outsiders of any kind) are allowed in.
