Fifth Hispanic Brothel taken down by Nashville Metro Police Department (and, some people are shocked?)
Posted by kotang at 5:05 AMIn today's Best Nashville News Paper, the CityPaper, an article describing the FBI's and MNPD's takedown of it's fifth Hispanic Brothel. And some have the nerve to wonder if there is some 'Human Traffickng'(gasp) going on...
So far, no charges of human trafficking have been brought against any of the dozen or so brothel managers arrested this year. Authorities did say the conditions in which the prostitutes are found living and working– including the low pay and frequent johns – continue to raise questions about human trafficking.I thought the trafficking was going on, how else are so many illegals getting across the borders in the first place?
At the same time, though, local police believe their multiple busts are leading them further up the managerial ladder, and ultimately closer to what they believe may be a centralized organization responsible for securing the women, setting up the brothels and hiring managers and even armed security guards.HuH? Are you looking for a 'Godfather of Poontang' in this little bit of average low-quality whorehousing?
Personally, I don't see why anyone would be nonplussed about this minor detail of Illegal Hispanic Culture...even legal citizens still visit them, I'll bet. We've seen all sorts of new bidnesses catering to Illegal Hispanics, up and down Nolensville and Murfreesboro Roads (just to name two roads I travel frequently).
The businesses spring up to service a new community, just like they did in the Old West. People's needs are met: a new town needs a General Store, a Stable, a Hotel, and a Saloon (and Miss Kitty).
So, look at what we have, up and down Murfreesboro and Nolensville Roads...the basics of New Communitys. Food and shelter; the restaurants and supermercados. The existing homes and compartments, bought out in existing neighborhoods, resulting in the inevitable flood fleeing to the 'burbs. Illegal Hispanics can buy or rent anywhere they want to (laws prohibit discrimination based on race and citizenship, especially if the money is there...Money Assimilates).
Then, Chevvies. What about Churches? (I wonder about those; haven't seen them overworked, overmuch), and of course, recreation. Miss Kitty, she's here, if somewhat overworked, and without the makeup (wonder if she has a friendly Sheriff at hand?)
And, don't forget the Banks, catering to Illegal Immigrants, issuing credit cards without requiring any proof of citizenship.
All of these 'basic needs' add up to a thriving un-assimilated community, mirroring every other community in the world, with the exception that the people are, for the most part, here illegally, and we won't (or can't) do a thing about it.
Hmmmph. What's the point of fussing about it when it was inevitable, given the (still) open borders, and the lack of immigration law enforcement?
I'm all for LEGAL immigration, BTW; and haven't an issue with any LEGALLY entered individuals. A friend, from Germany, who's been in Nashville for years, is getting ready to take his Citizenship Test soon. And,
it's too easy to lump together legal citizens and illegal citizens based on how they look. Assimilation is the Key. Our society is a 'melting pot'; that's the way it should be.
However, we don't have to 'melt' in with criminals, now do we?
