There's a story behind this, I've been told...

The large Cross was under construction for years...the Cross Builder never seemed to near completion, for whatever reason. Then, the Adult World Complex (yes, it has several buildings attached to it and is a complex) was announced.

That information motivated the Cross Owner's personal complex, and he kicked it into high gear. I suppose the knowledge of just what was beginning to take place, right next door spurred the Cross Completion.

If when the Cross owner visits the Adult World Complex, he can get whatever stimulation he needs in the one building, then rush out and begin work on his personal redemption, perhaps by polishing a segment of his edifice. The Adult World folks just laugh, and quote the old proverb "The Devil lurks behind the cross"...

As an aside, the larger Complex never seems to lack business...
