Frank and I are heading to a country concert tonight and I am so EXCITED!

For this beautiful long weekend Frank and I are going upstate to the cabin to get the house and boats ready for Summer. I couldn't be happier! Sitting on the bot in the middle of the lake with Frank is on of my favorite memories. I cannot wait to spend another fun filled summer with him.

Tonight Frank and I are having our Lobster Gram delivered to us!
Live Maine lobster and chowder delivered to our front door. Helloooo Happiness.
Lobster Grams make a great gift and they have everything from
lobster, shrimp and steak to key lime pie and cheesecake (and it is all delicious).
Check it out! It truly is the perfect gift for any food lover.
When I was younger I would always play picnic.
Pack up the basket and my little brother and I would have picnics in the living room or on the deck.
It was always an adventure.
Now that I have Frank in my life he's my new picnic partner. I have found some VERY cool picnic baskets. They are like the Rolls-Royce of baskets! Pretty cool! Or you could find some more on this Elite Baskets site.
Country music is my favorite. Sometimes country doesn't always sounds like country. Dont' get me wrong I love Taylor and Carrie but they aren't Emmylou or June. There is a big difference between modern country and "outlaw" or classic country. Elizabeth Cook is adorable and has the voice and sound of old time country. Give her a listen... what do you think?

I could not love photos of Brides with balloons anymore than I already do!
They are fun, creative, and utterly romantic.
I have found some engagement and wedding photos that I think are the best example of that I am talking about! When Frank and I get engaged and married...balloons will be there!

I recently found out a little secret about Frank's Mom, Betsy.
She is an incredible artist! She has very beautiful country artwork hanging all of the house.
When I inquired where she got them she told me she made them herself.

Happy Friday! I have a drink you need to try! Its called the Lemon Zinger and its awesome! Thanks to a recommendation by my friend Karen DeLuca, Frank and I recently went to the Harvest Cafe. I decided to splurge and have an adult beverage, the Lemon Zinger. If you love champagne like I do you will adore this drink. It was so refreshing and delicious I may have had a second.
The ingredients are simple and as follows: Fresh-squeezed lemonade blended with ice and topped with champagne and lemon zest. (make to taste, some people like more lemon than others)
It was just the right amount of lemon flavor to be refreshing. I hope you get to enjoy this! Let me know what you think

| Lobster Bib: Save the Date |
Each year my family and I travel to Saco Maine to spend a relaxing week on the beach. We rent a beautiful house and we always have the time of our lives. One of my many wedding ideas is a Lobster bake wedding on the beach. I have always loved beach weddings most, and why not throw in a lobster bake to top it all off. After searching online I have found some really creative ideas for a lobster theme. Like lobster bib save the dates, and all sorts of different cakes with lobsters incorporated.
