This FOX News article doesn't describe a hospital case, but rather the ongoing drama in Washington, DC, where congressional leaders worked out a compromise continuing resolution to take the federal government to the end of the current fiscal year. This compromise features $38.5 billion in spending cuts, but spares Planned Parenthood for the time being.
