Neon is making a big comeback and I can't say I mind. I'm not one to use a lot of color in my wardrobe but I try. Neon shoes are the perfect way to make a statement without screaming it. Heidi Klum seems to always get this right.I personally love the yellow and blue neon colors. They are so girly and pretty.
I recommend trying JCrew, French Sole Shoes, Journeys Shi and Guess for inexpensive options
