Glenn Beck's The Blaze reports a strange phenomenon: the Chinese have been building cities that appear to be deserted. The one above, of Dantu, has no cars anywhere except around the government center building. This seems to be a curious use of resources for a country that needs to catch up to the advanced industrial nations by building more highways, housing units, and other infrastructure.
