StarTribune.com has a story about former Governor Jesse Ventura of Minnesota suing the TSA and Dept. of Homeland Security for the "right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures." His titanium hip implant sets off metal detectors at airports, so he has to be subject to groping rather than a non-invasive hand-held wand.
