Bredesen joins worried-ass Democrat Governors to warn White House about foolhardy Arizona Immigration Lawsuit: "TOXIC"
Posted by kotang at 5:00 AMJust look at the long faces. Phil Bredesen, (D, Bunker Hill) stands with Deval Patrick (D) of Massachusetts, Joe Manchin III (D) of West Virginia (who is looking to run for Robert Byrd's (D, King of Pork) seat) and Bob McDonnell, Republican from Virginia, who has to be inwardly smiling, smiling, smiling.
Even the Obama-loving New York Times sees the handwriting on the wall...
Others hit by the cluebat include Robert Gibbs, White House spokestard...
Now, we have Obama's rush to sue Arizona, a hopeless bondoggle that Phil Bredesen calls "toxic"...
Admit it, Democrats. Obama has chosen poorly, again, and has led you to a predictable, almost guaranteed defeat in November. So much for the first post-partisan and post-racial presidency. Hell, you should've asked for his college transcripts; likely he hid them for good reason. He can hide his transcripts, but he can't cover the stark reality that is his laid-bare stupidity on display for the world to see.

BOSTON — In a private meeting with White House officials this weekend, Democratic governors voiced deep anxiety about the Obama administration’s suit against Arizona’s new immigration law, worrying that it could cost a vulnerable Democratic Party in the fall elections.Of course, we've known for over two years that Barack Hussein Obama could not lead this country; that he would make foolish decisions (e.g. ObamaCare) because he was a child in a candy store. All Democrats seem to have chosen paths that led to taking more and more from those who provide jobs and desire only to 'redistribute' 'wealth' to the undeserving moochers, who would rather stick out their hands and promise their votes to looters - plunderers for the highest bid of Other People's Money. ObamaCare likely won't get off the ground: it's unfundable. We can't afford it.

Republicans have been saying it for months. Some analysts have said it for weeks. Now the White House’s own spokesman is also saying it: The GOP is in a good position to retake control of the House in the November elections from the Democrats.
“There’s no doubt there are enough seats in play that could cause Republicans to gain control,” White House press secretary Robert Gibbs said Sunday on NBC’s “Meet the Press.” “There’s no doubt about that. This will depend on strong campaigns by Democrats. And again, I think we’ve got to take the issues to them.” [emboldenings mine -.ed]

“Universally the governors are saying, ‘We’ve got to talk about jobs,’ ” Gov. Phil Bredesen of Tennessee, a Democrat, said in an interview. “And all of a sudden we have immigration going on.”Like an oil spill, Governor Bredesen? Another OilBama disaster?
He added, “It is such a toxic subject, such an important time for Democrats.”
