Thing is, BHO has to move to center. After Ted Kennedy's Seat™ fell to Mr. Scott Brown (R, Massachusetts), BHO has no other choice. So this sprig of spending cuts as a token to Republicans. Who are rightly pointing and laughing.

So, Mr. Obama, how far will you go to make meaningful progress to center?

I, unlike Ted Kennedy's current tormentor Mary Jo Kopechne, will not hold my breath.
