Police officers murder suspect shot and killed

Pierce County Sheriff's deputies say Maurice Clemmons, the suspect in the murders of four Lakewood Police officers, has been shot and killed in south Seattle.

Lots of questions for those who released this animal from jail, twice. Huckabee, please stay down; giving Clemmons clemency in 2000 will prove to be your political fatal flaw.

We can't keep allowing these repeat criminals who obviously do not deserve normal freedoms, to walk out of prisons. We have to keep 'em in jail no matter what the cost.

Radio details..."Clemmons challenged police at 2:40 AM this morning just outside a South Seattle home, and was shot. Dead." That's the good news and the bottom line.

Police continue to search for Clemmons. Detectives have detained several of Clemmons' friends, family members and acquaintances — and could arrest and book many of them into jail for helping Clemmons elude capture, Pierce County sheriff's spokesman Ed Troyer said.
