Bank of America Collections Agent.... Fired. But they didn't hire her on as a 'Saint', now did they?
Posted by kotang at 6:09 AMJackie Ramos took a job with Bank of America, as a collections agent. Subsequently she was fired for her inability to do that job; so she's lashing out at BOA for her own inability to fulfill her job requirements.
It seems that you took the wrong job, Jackie, to start your career. Bank of America wasn't hiring a saint; they needed a collections agent. You can't redefine your job position, nor can you 'change the world' from BOA's collections department. You have to follow their rules, or you might lose your job. Sorry for that.
If you didn't like the rules or the working conditions, or the job's parameters, I'll bet you could've left at any time. Or asked for a transfer. Or something. Getting fired wasn't smart. That won't look good on your resume.
Maybe you should've worked for the Humane Society or the Salvation Army? You're young; it's prolly not too late for you to train to become a veterinarian.
