Supposedly the small plane came up from behind and clipped the 'chopper (which would've had the right-of-way; there's no rearview mirror in a helicopter).
A pilot's worst nightmare: losing a wing. Or a rotor. They are equivalent.
Well, that's one of the worst nightmares.
