General Ne Win was the Burmese leader of the failed "Burmese Way to Socialism"; a pogrom that drove Burma to disaster. Yes, he went about nationalizing industries. Yes, he developed a 'police force' (don't know if he called it ACORN or COI, the new term they're hiding behind nowadays). No word on whether or not he's rounded up 9 mistresses, but who could blame him if he did? COItus for the POTUS; Americans, line up, here come the truncheons.
A New Way, a CHANGE! to our way of life. Sounds familiar, doesn't it?
