Something's wrong...

with this sentence...
“There is nothing more important in public health than confidentiality,” Dr. Bob England, medical director for Maricopa County's public health department said.

Dr. England's enigmatic response is to a reporter's questions concerning two closed primary schools wherein two kids were diagnosed with ManBirdPig Flu...
They are not releasing any further details about the children, including ages, or how they contracted the disease, in order to protect their privacy.
Dr. England's response doesn't seem sensible, especially in context. Privacy is not a factor to maintaining public health; in some circumstances, an overblown concern for privacy might counter public heath concerns.

In any event, at the current stage, ManBirdPig Flu is quite mild. But the virus might yet mutate to something more virulent. Captain Trips? No, I don't think so. This one isn't lab-grade.
