This is another sign that we've succeeded in Iraq. The fledgling Iraqi government, headed by Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, is ready to allow U.S. troops to leave Iraq. Not as an army defeated; not as a force withdrawn by a mandate of the ineffective, bullying, cut 'n run 2006 Congress (led by Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid, that majority of Democrats tried dozens of maneuvers to try to stop the surge, cut funding for the war, and set artificial timetables for withdrawal in defeat, but were repelled by stalwart Bush and grim Republicans, who held on and finally ground down that angry, bitter, nutroot-spurred Democrat majority), but as proud winners who will gladly leave Iraq to work out it's future. Just as was planned all along.

Prime Minister al-Maliki will have done what the Democrats have failed to do for years: the setting of a timetable for the withdrawal of our troops.

This is exactly the plan George Bush had in place: to give the Iraqis a start, and let them take over as soon as they were ready.

We can be proud of our troops, and of President Bush for his determination to not give up what we started. And thanks to those Republicans who stood with him.

Isn't it refreshing to find some politicians who try to finish what they start, without relying on simple polls driven by the media that's always giving negative, biased coverage, and the power-starved Democrats who would gladly turn their backs on our commitments to gain political advantage?

Meanwhile, back in San Francisco, Nancy Pelosi...
New information reveals that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi was indirectly sending messages to the FARC. The Marxist Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) is designated as a terrorist group by the US government. Speaker Pelosi was doing this while at the same time she refused to bring a free trade agreement with Colombia up for a vote in the US House. In fact, Pelosi took extraordinary steps to block this trade agreement with America’s closest ally in South America.
Hmmm....consorting with The Enemy. Treason, anyone? Impeachment? Censure? Block and tackle?

How about waterboarding!

Yeah...let's see if we can pump this UP!!!11!!!!!!
