Titan's first-round draft pick Chris Johnson, who picks Kim Kardashian; and some parting shots at Pacman (well, shots, but not bullets)
Posted by kotang at 6:11 AM
First round, Chris Johnson, Running Back from East Carolina. Fastest times at the combine.
Probably a good pick. Gives Vince Young some new weapons; an RB who can catch and run. See all his stats here. Oh, and he's not yet jailed. But he looks like...
From the Q&A tab, this question posed to Chris Johnson...
Q. What TV-show marathon will keep you on the couch all day?
A. Catching Up With the Kardashians.
Now I'll be the first to admit that I don't watch or appreciate much TV. Does Chris mean Kim Kardashian? Because from this recent pic, yes, I suppose staying couched with Kim Kardashian wouldn't be much problem. Don't think I would watch the TV though...
Pac's (almost) not our problem anymore. Unless one of those clauses Dallas built into the trade structure kicks in and we have to give up a compensatory pick (Pac's busted again!) next year. That's right...if Pac gets arrested in Dallas, we have to give up a 5th round pick next year as compensation. Let's see, Pac's been arrested six times since he was drafted by Floyd Reese. We might as well send Dallas that extra fifth rounder now and get it over with.
This video (h/t Florio) is a real big-city sports commentator (who was once in the Dallas booth) giving Jerry Jones fits for picking up Pac. Nashville doesn't have this sort of teh funny in our sport broadcast bidness. We're a bit laid back. Take note, WKRN. And those other two stations I can't really remember the call letters for right now...
Some old pshops and posts on Pacman, from my archives. Jan '08; here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here (gets the most hits, and here, and finally here

Oh, and my initial reaction to Pac's Las Vegas 'let it rain' stupidity that left Tom Urbanski paralyzed.
Good riddance. But I've said that before. Oh, and welcome to Tennessee, Chris Johnson. Hopefully you'll never have to be pshopped in infamy.
