This guy isn't much of a shootist; the squint gives that away. Probably flinches too.

Is that a Bersa Thunder? The muzzle doesn't seem correct for the .45 or 9mm Thunder. That flipped round looks 9mm. Weak, weak...

By non-lethal I guess he's firing rubber or plastic bullets. Maybe the original caption is wrong, and the 'weapon' could become lethal if fed the proper bullets. Otherwise, why bother?
