Fairfax, VA – The California State Court of Appeals announced today their decision to overturn one of the most restrictive gun bans in the country, following a legal battle by attorneys for the National Rifle Association (NRA) and a previous court order against the San Francisco Board of Supervisors.

“Today’s decision by the California State Court of Appeals is a big win for the law-abiding citizens and NRA Members of San Francisco,” declared Chris W. Cox, NRA’s chief lobbyist.

I'd risk saying that the San Francisco Board of Supervisors owes the good citizens (all three of them? Considering the wide leftist stance of that collection of zip codes...) a debt of gunny goodness. That debt is long in arrears...

Let's hope that now we see an uptick in law-abiding gun purchases in San Francisco.

Remember, the Supreme Court is looking this session at the Washington D.C. gun ban case that was overturned by the lower courts. We'll see how far the left can go in their unending attempts to overturn the rights of legal, law-abiding citizens to keep and bear arms.
