I've not yet read this book; I haven't even attempted to find it locally. But it's now on my buy-on-sight short list, especially after reading this teaser review post Jeff Goldstein presents.

Yes, there's much evidence for that. The vitriolic Left has often demonstrated it's utmost style of chest-thumping hatred; look no further than the Bush Derangement Syndrome fountain that spews the groupthink Bushitler vile without any sign of letup...

I'm looking forward to finding this book, at Borders, or another fine bookseller nearby.
