Iowahawk's released his "2007 Iowahawk Men of the Year" post, featuring...well, just go see for yourself.
But I'll tell you this...I've met guys like these, especially in East Tennessee, northern Alabama (when I force myself to go there) and parts of Georgia. I suspect there's some in Arkansas as well (given Bill Clinton's origination there...) but you'd expect most denizens of Toledo, Ohio, being as it's above the mason-dixon line and all, to start showing more sense while driving at interstate speeds than to try to catch brassieres as they waft by on the wind...
That's my take.
Their toke was a bit ...different...
