Titans bring the Pain to New Orleans (Keith Bulluck breaks out, Pro-Bowl style)
Posted by kotang at 9:41 PM
Florio is an entertaining sort, without the fawning you see from the MSM sportscasters. He's not a blogger, officially (for some reason he doesn't have links to his posts, so there is no finding or linking to the good info in his history. Good luck finding a particular post in that mess.) Nor does he field comments. What he does do is keep track of player's legal escapades (the PFT Turd Watch), complete with a police blotter. Florio does link stories to player's foibles, and he gets downright nassty when it comes to descriptions of players' characters, and leaves many a bruised vagina in various locker rooms, at press corps and newsrooms and in the owner's boxes. No one is above or beyond the reach of his pen. I've read his site for much, much longer than any other site on the internet.
Florio's toned down considerably since he got 'real' sponsorship from Nextel/Sprint, but his readership is now massive, compared to his early days. Check out the Alexa data, compared to some of my favorite political sites, and Instapundit (the mu.nu is Ace's site.)

I hope Jeff gets Protein Wisdom back to where he should be. Readers fled after that episode with the crazy doctor, whom we do not mention or name (because she searches and stalks people who do!) and some of his old blogging buds deserted him as well. Fine friends, bloggers; it's a dog-eat-dog world, if you believe the Hog...
Game Stats I like
- Three interceptions for Keith Bulluck, the dynamo linebacker who, after this Monday night showcase of his talents, should be an easy Pro-Bowl pick.
- Lendale White shows up his ex-USC teammate Reggie Bush, with 17 carries and 50 yards rushing, to Bush's 7 carries, 15 yards.
- Drew Brees throws four interceptions. You could see desperation in his demeanor. New Orleans is back in losing form. Hate it for 'em...
In all, a good win in frot of a national audience. Good for Vince, and for the team.
