Army recruiters? No way. Recruiters aren't allowed on campus. They're said to be 'homophobic' given the US military's policy "Don't Ask, Don't Tell". Until now, Columbia University was secure it it's hypocrisy.
That policy is now revealed as a hollow pretense[1]. There are few organizations on the planet maintaining more, and more severe, “exclusionary measures” against homosexuals than the Government of Iran. To not merely permit, but positively invite, a representative of that Government indicates that the policy of excluding anti-homosexual groups is not followed by the faculty or Regents, therefore Columbia no longer has an excuse for excluding recruiters.Ahmadinejad visits Columbia University next week, and Ground Zero, under a firestorm of protest. Hitler's Ghost is right at his side.
“When you lie down with dogs, you get up with fleas.” Columbia University, Ivy League or no, you've lost standing. Will you start scratching? Start with your guest list...
