From Sweetness Light, an eye-opening exposé of taxpayer-funded 501(c)(3) "Charities" who are nothing more than political Left-Leaning USA haters, many of whom sponser anti-this or anti-that rallies (including a couple who want to yank our government down...all of it).



From the IRS:

"To be tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, an organization must be organized and operated exclusively for purposes set forth in section 501(c)(3), and none of its earnings may inure to any private shareholder or individual. In addition, it may not attempt to influence legislation as a substantial part of its activities and it may not participate in any campaign activity for or against political candidates."

"Section 501(c)(3) organizations are restricted in how much political and legislative (lobbying) activities they may conduct."

• Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW)
Targets Republicans, subsidizes Democrat efforts to discredit conservatives




• Veterans For Peace (VFP)
Anti-war vigils and protests, unaccounted-for donations for Katrina relief




• United For Peace And Justice (UFPJ) Broad condemnation of America and American's way of life. Protests everything



• National Lawyers Guild (NLG) Condemns Israel, pro-Communist, conducts anti-war protests



• The Ruckus Society Enviro-Whacko hate group comprised of activists, Earth First!ers, and riotous protestors



• Center For Constitutional Rights (CCR) Anti-Israel Bush-hating Lawyers



• World Can’t Wait (WCW) Bush-haters, anti-war coalition

All of these groups Hate America, but they have the First Amendment Right to do so. BUT, First Amendment protections notwithstanding, they should also obey the Tax Laws .



Go ahead and burn flags and soldier effigys, riot against Bush and the war effort. Just make sure you do it on your own dime.



I don't want to support these 'charitable' groups with 501(c)(3) exemptions.
