Mahmoud Ahmadinejad plays the media, while planning an atomic strike on Jerusalem!

TEHRAN, Iran — President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad struck a defiant yet vague tone on Sunday, telling Iranians during the 28th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution that their country would not give up uranium enrichment but was prepared to talk with the international community. "The Iranian nation on Feb. 11, 2007, passed the arduous passes and stabilized its definite (nuclear) right..."

Quoth the madman.

So, what's he up to? He's buying time, he's learned the New Way of the World: if you sit down and speak to the media, well, that gives the semblance of dialouge, and possibly a way out of the certain fix he's in...both the U.S. and Israel are not amused by his nuclear 'rights', and one or the other may well move to stop him.

It's not like he's a peace-loving guy. He's caught up in the 12th Imam crap, where Mohammedeans believe that an armageddon will cough up their version of paradise on earth (hmmmph...I'd rather they go find their 72 virgins in a well in Mecca...or is that 72 camels in Medina?)

How well is this playing out?

At a security conference in Germany, Iran's top nuclear negotiator said Sunday its nuclear program is not a threat to Israel or any other nation.

"That Iran is willing to threaten Israel is wrong," Larijani said. "We pose no threat and if we are conducting nuclear research and development we are no threat to Israel. We have no intention of aggression against any country."

OK, play that fiddle hard, and if you win, you get our souls (apologies to Charlie Daniels...)

We are in the Madman's game. With the left liberals of this country greasing the gears of retreatism and failure, any hesitation concerning our confrontation with the Madman will be another feather in their hats. That's right, BlameBush and quell the American's resolve to stand up against the dictators and madmen, and you will get what you really want: this country in decline, capitalism and freedom vanished, and everyone in the world identically equal, and miserable.

"Until April 9, 2007, you will witness the great advances of the Iranian nation ... especially in the field of nuclear technology..."

So, Mahmadman, what happens on April 10?

The Skipper gives the directions we should be moving in (well, maybe the Israelis are ahead of the US on this!)

Instead of conducting covert operations inside Iran to destabilize the government and assist a growing, dissatisfied populace and perhaps quietly taking out Iran’s nuclear plants, we’re hamstrung by partisan politicians in the Democratic Party. So nothing will get done and the Mad Mullahs in Iran will continue to cause trouble.

Who knows? It could be that Bush is on the ball, and has a plan to deal with Iran, if the need arises. Bush doesn't need to allow Iran to get and use Nuclear weapons. They would not even allow the paint to dry on their new toy before they use it. Israel? They've had nukes for quite some time, and have showed great restraint in not putting them into play.

The difference in Israel and Iran? Mhad Men...
