Located in the heart of Woodbine, Liz's Cafe serves breakfast for L&N's railyard workers and lunch for anyone wanting a good meal without the aura of fast-food.

Located at the corner of Grandview and Woodbine Streets, just off Nolensville Road in Nashville's changing Woodbine community...many Hispanic 'Auto Lots' and other Hispanic businesses thrive in the area.
Owners of Liz's are Hal and Linda, keeping a family-owned establishment thriving.

The menu is a hearty, basic fare that blows away the MickyD's stuff...
There's a collector in these parts, too...notice the '63 MAD magazine, featuring one of the longest-living commies left (as of today!)

Linda sells the beautiful "Mountain" hand dyed T Shirts, still made in the U.S.A and given a quality "lifetime no-shrink, no separation" guarantee. Linda has not had any returned...
OK, so the john was clean. Towels were useable!! (See the review on Brown's for the other kind...)
In all, this establishment is worthy of patronization. We should try to keep a good, hard-working couple in bidness, especially seeing the neighborhood changing...
Good work, Linda & Hal~!
