Okay here's the single coolest program ever. It's so cool that Apple should have thought of it.

It's a media library. It will make an index with images and information of all your Books, CDs, DVDs, Games, and more.

To get them in you can do a search, enter the barcode, by voice input, or best of all hold the bar code up to your iSight camera and it will read the barcode.

Once you have the data in it's like iTunes with lives searches, personal ratings, and custom playlists (collections). Also you have the ability schedule and checkout items to friends and family and do the scheduling via integrating with Address Book and iCal.

Last but not least is the ability to Sync this information with your iPod.

These are just the features I thought were the coolest there are more including bluetooth functions. Definitely check it out.

Exactly. Or, the 3rd party that TJ Maxx got them from could have sold them to TJM for a slight loss or break even, just to move them. No one knows what TJ Maxx has paid for these, so no one can say they are making a profit. Even if they did sell them for a loss, it's probably more than made up for it in the amount of viral advertising they've gotten so far.

Not much. If T.J. Maxx or other outfits or private individuals buy any product at retail price, they own it. Under Federal Trade Law, there are very little resale restrictions. Also, you can sell it for any price your want, that is as a profit or a loss. T. J. Maxx did a classic loss lead to get traffic into their stores from the iPad "sale." I say it is legal IMO.

There is nothing illegal in what TJ Maxx did. They paid a price for the item and sold it. There is nothing that stops them from selling things at a loss, and it gets people in their stores. The rumor is they bought 2 ipads for each store, sold them at a loss of 100.00 each, but created a huge advertising buzz and got people in their stores. It is actually pretty brilliant and not very costly. Now if they would only do it with generation 2...

I love life in the melting pot, it's the one thing I really miss about living in London, there's just a degree of culture clash that you don't get outside of the capital.

I'm in London now and enjoying the mix of people. Nothing wrong with immigration and other people, "culture" isn't something that must be rigidly protected.

i have a powerbook g4 for some reason my clock keeps on changing to another time everytime i turn it on i wonder how i can fix this problem?
